  • Who is Pilly for?
Pilly is for anyone and everyone who wants to save money on their medications or needs help affording them. Pilly is an excellent, cost-saving tool should you find yourself without insurance or coverage for a particular medication. Even if you have insurance, Pilly’s prices often beat insurance copays. Always have the pharmacy compare Pilly to your insurance to see which is lower.
  • How do I use Pilly?
To save with Pilly, simply get a free card and bring it to the pharmacy the next time you fill or refill a prescription. The pharmacist or pharmacy technician will enter the codes on your Pilly card to process the discounted price.
  • Where can I use Pilly?
Pilly is accepted at nearly every major pharmacy in the United States.
  • How much can I save with Pilly?
Pilly can help you save up to 80% on prescriptions, and the average cardholder saves 60% per prescription and nearly $450 per year. Discounts vary depending on whether a drug is generic or brand-name, supply and demand, and pharmacy chain and location. Generics have the best discounts, while brand-name drugs are discounted an average of 10-15%.
  • Why is Pilly free?
Pilly’s mission is to promote price transparency at the pharmacy by discounting medications as deeply as the drug manufacturers allow. Pilly works with pharmacy benefit managers to promote their discounts for a fixed rate--they pay us, so you don’t need to.
  • Is Pilly insurance?
No, Pilly is not insurance, nor is it intended to replace insurance. It is a free prescription savings card not affiliated with the Affordable Care Act or any other government program. When using Pilly, you are essentially paying “out-of-pocket” and must pay for all prescriptions as you receive them--there are no reimbursements. Pilly cannot be combined with insurance and is used in place of insurance to help you save up to 80% on prescriptions.
